Wow this run sucked. Felt yesterday's workout badly and my legs were completely dead. Ended up running on my own because I just could not keep up with everyone else. When I came back, I rested for about 10 minutes before starting leg strength. Had a friendly wall-sitting competition with Noel and everyone else. Considering how my legs felt right before, I'm pretty happy to have been able to last that long. Hopefully, I'll feel a lot better tomorrow.
* I just realized I went over the memory limit of my stopwatch, so I couldn't get the times for these runs.
