Notes

7 mile progression run with Frintner, Josh, and William. Goal was to drop to 5:20 on the last one, so the starting pace was around 6:20. Started out way too fast, so we slowed the pace down. Dropped a little too much on the 4th one, so we tried to stay there for two more miles. Last one we started to move a lot and I tried to take the lead. Slowed down too much at the turn onto Windsor and lost contact with William and Josh. My legs were also absolutely dead and I was just trying to hang on for dear life. Also got some unfriendly blisters, but that is definitely from the lack of protection from my shoes, indicating that I must get new pairs before the workout on Tuesday. Other than that, this was a decent workout. The knee felt uncomfortable again, but never got to a point where I had to stop where it got too painful. I think what's happening with my knee is that it gets extremely painful after any intense workout, meaning I need to roll out more and take some pain medication.
