Easy recovery run with Alex Lindsay, Muneeb, Adam, and Greyson. Went to Country Club. Adam and Greyson pulled ahead, so I laid back with the rest. Kept the pace slow and chat was good as well. Had to stop by the restroom at CVS. Saw Alan running towards Country Club while Muneeb caught up to me because he fell back from a stomach issue earlier. Finished off with some strides.
