Thought the rests were two minutes based on the email, I guess not. Warmed up like the last time we did this workout. Had some small miscommunication on how this workout was supposed to be run, but that got resolved quickly. We pretty much exchanged leads the whole time with me leading only one of them. Really didn't feel too much of it until around the 5th one my legs started to feel heavy. Upper back started to break apart around the 9th one and I just really found it harder to stand up after the 10th one. 13th 400 was rough. Everyone went all out and I just could not stay with them. Absolutely could not run anymore afterwards. Hit some pretty fast times though, despite not doing all of the repeats. Gotta start stretching my back out because I realized that the tightness mostly came from having a really heavy backpack.
