Notes

I had 8 on the schedule today. I had a couple of late nights recently, so I slept in. I painted a fence in the sun all morning for Days of Caring. I had some yogurt with chocolate chips and almonds for a snack. Got out the door around 4:45pm. It was still quite warm out.

My stomach felt horrible. I had a bunch of pains, felt like throwing up at times but never did. I was slow as hell. My legs felt fine though. I stopped after 3.xx miles and did some dynamic stretches and lunges. I couldn't bare the though of running another 5 miles home, so I turned around. Felt better on the way back, but still crappy. Stomach still upset. Hope tomorrow it feels better.
