2M warum up, 4x1000 (75s rest) @ 4:29, 2x800 (90s rest) @ 3:29, 1M (1:53,1:50,1:47,1:44), 2M cool down
Didn't get as much sleep as I would have liked to last night, only 6.5hrs. The 1,000 didn't feel too hard, but we kept missing our time by 2 sec. The 800s were pretty much spot on, and the mile felt great. I really liked accelerating slowly like that.
Long run tomorrow. Feeling good.
