accidentally left the wrong direction. checked, and I still ran the same distance though. Ran alone; everyone else seems to be dropping mileage, and nobody likes this run anyway. strong today (esp up rt 9), I actually slowed myself down a few times, and still managed to go maybe too fast. Thought it was going to be raining heavier and wore old trainers.
