Notes
Originally planned to bump mileage up over 100 this week but after just a few days I'm feeling a bit flat and I think it might not be the best idea for my short term goals.
New Plan:
1. Keep mileage around 70-80 where I know I will be comfortable.
2. Emphasize speed work and strength training.
3. Work on racing 5-10k over the next few months.
4. Toward the end of the summer, bump mileage up over 100 going into a fall marathon cycle (maybe philly again?)
