Felt pretty strong for this workout. Pushing, but relaxed the whole time. Only real issue was that I would get hot and start sweating during the interval, then the wind would cool me down too much on the recovery so I was stiff at the start of each interval. I feel like this pace would definitely be achievable for a 10k, and if I am able to put in some speed work after the marathon I should be able to easily get rid of my old 10k and 5k PRs this spring/summer.
