fuckin right. was very hung over this morning, didn't get home till ~3am. didn't have high expectations for this run. did the run backwards, and the hills up salisbury were effortless. focused on opening up my stride and looking forward (sometimes i have a tendency to look at the ground). legs felt a little weak for the last 2 miles or so, but i was not breathing hard at all. this makes me interested in racing a half
