COMMENTS: bridge parking to nature center (0.3), out by high trail (4.1), back by low trail with 8 am group of Greg, Bob(4.5), back door Gore variation w Resler and Forgang (4.5). Group kept decent pace, which is why I was dragging a bit at end - but otherwise felt fine! Took ~ 10 min break at Lot 1 and another at Nature Center,
