Ran very well -- about as fast/hard as I could have gone that day (without real race prep, like taper) -- well, maybe I did ease off a bit the last lap to not overdo before Steamtown. Ran hard from about mile 4 of Lap 1, especially to end of Lap 2. On last lap, cramps/soreness of calves and front of shins were an issue b/c of hill and that I forgot my S-Caps. A really good outing. An hour-plus better than last year. Lap 1 = 1:44:42 -- Lap 2 = 1:48:09 -- Lap 3 = 2:01:35.
