Notes
1st half mile was hard on the feet until I relaxed. I think I could do 3-4 miles BF, but don't want to overdo it - besides, I've got a tough 25K trail race coming up. Got home and thought I had a bruise on my foot, but when I looked at it, it turned out to be a piece of acorn shell stuck to the bottom of my foot - actually stuck IN my foot since it bled a tiny bit. Also I noticed that on my run I stepped on a small rock which hurt some, but which I was able to basically ignore.
Noticing that my pace varies quite a bit from run to run even tho the distances are similar - have no idea why that is...
