Notes

SFSU study. 5 min warm up on treadmill, 6.1 pace, incline increased by 2 every 2 minutes until Vo2 max achieved. My VO2 max measured at 52, RER was 1.11, forgot what max heart rate was. Body mass also measured by whole body submersion in water tank. Next visit is week from Friday, followed by one more visit. All data will be summarized at end of study. Time and distance above are approximate.
