Notes

Started doing Tim Clark's program of pool workouts which was strangely just like what I did yesterday. 2x4x3 minutes hard, 2 minutes rest between intervals, 6 minutes between sets. The stride was a little hard to figure out but I think I got it down pretty well. Hopefully... Anyway, I figured how to push hard enough to get a decent pulse going. Got up towards 160 and 170 (supposedly it's 20 beats lower in the water?) during most of the ons, by hammering and not losing focus. My knee and foot still bothered me somewhat significantly, but oh well. Good solid workout. 16 min w/up 15 min c/d
