Elected to do a VO2 max workout on this crisp fall day. Everyone else is getting their races in, so I need to get that here to keep up. 4x4 minutes with 2 minutes easy. Avg 156 on 10 min w/up, 192 for first interval, 178 on recovery, 193 on second interval, 183 on recovery, 195 on third interval, 179 on recovery, 193 on fourth interval, 156 on 9:38 c/d. Great workout. Was hitting 200 bpm on the last two intervals. Hoping to run soon...
