Notes
Finished off the bike trip to Burlington. Felt really good today and was helped by the tail wind. Rode slowly with Dad in the group for the first few miles before I left. Was alone most of the day, though the first 30 miles weren't particularly fast. Under 14 miles at the hour, over 30 miles at two hours. Then, I started to crush the ride. Went 1:45 for the next 30 miles (17.5 mph average.) Took the ferry to the bike path and finished off right in front of Champlain. Have plenty left as I write this. Excited to commence running training.
