Notes

Second pool run of the day. Was planning on a threshold workout. 10 minute warm up including strides/sprints per usual, 25 minute threshold, 10 minute cool down with more strides/sprints. The distance crew hopped in when I was finishing my threshold. Bit distracting and didn't hammer a hard as I wanted to, but doing two really hard workouts with a lift, especially after the week I've had, heavy volume, high intensity, bad sleep, school stress, etc. Coffee only gets me feeling normal these days. I'll cut down the volume soon. Hoping to run again in ten days.
