Notes

Ran 37 minutes with Jonesy, took a bathroom break, then added on more. I felt a little hot and a little tired, but after 30 minutes or so I felt better. Afterwards I did 2x6 second steep hill sprints, followed by a few drills, then 3x20 second strides in flats on grass, then one on the track. Then I did 2x12 second sprints on the grass in spikes, followed by one on the track. I finally feel fast doing those, since I figured out I need to be getting my knees up and driving more. My foot felt a little weird, but if anything it's my other foot that hurts right now. I stretched once I got home.
