Notes

Aqua jog with Zack. Put in a solid effort with strides and 4x5 minutes threshold-ish w/1 minute floats. Some stride too. Legs are shattered. Laps were super slow but the wave resistance and different form make it different. So nice to have someone else with me and a bunch of other people in the pool to distract me.
