Hard interval workout on the trainer. Did a 15 minute warm up, 10 minute tempo, 2 minutes moderate, 3x5 minutes VO2 max with 2 minute easy recoveries. 5 minutes easy, then 15 minutes varying threshold easy, few minutes easy to cool down. Wanted to do as much as 5x5 minutes, but it's too hard. Got in a lot of quality with a 165 average HR and 200 max. Serious training.
