Ran this workout around Hadley field solo. No way to know how fast I ran, just ran 3:20 each time and hoped it was 1,000 meters. Felt really good the first three, then hurt a lot on the last two. Hamstring not really bothering me. The wind was intense. Also the grass was extremely mushy. Not ideal conditions...
