Holy cow it was cold out there! My feet were numb from .5 miles to 2 miles. Sheesh. It was also windy, but very crisp and clear. Nice easy run. Picked up the pace at then end just to get a little snap in the legs. Brought in last .2 at 7:59 pace. Nothing blazing, but enough to mix it up.
