Notes

Hard workout. Temps weren't too bad, but very windy (12-20 mph). Did 4 mile w/u then intervals. No track, so I did .25 mile and .5 mile repeats manually. Several inclines and declines as well.

Still have a nasty head cold and haven't been sleeping well.
