1 mile nice and easy, 3 miles around ranging between 7:00 and 7:30, last quater i pucshed it down to under 7. half mile at 8:30 pace. just wanted to do an easy tred run cuz yesterday was a harder day. put the incline at 0.5 to sorta simulate a real run on the streets. felt good through the whole thing, no leg pains, kinda have a cold, but it didnt bug me much.
