a little warm, a little windy: NWS Observations: 65 at start, 70 at finish, wind S 13-17, G 0-24. overall a very good training run today - NOT an all out effort - just a prep-for-Boston run and an attempt to help Todd run a good one which, unfortunately, he did not.
