Considering how cold it was this morning, I feel pretty good about this little abbreviated set of VO2max intervals. The hope was just to get in a short little training stimulus before the race that I could very easily and quickly recover from. Feel quite good, although I decided to cut off the normal 200m sprint finish interval because I feel a little something in my right calf, and decided best just to pass on it. It seems harder to run fast when it's this cold, so I have to be pleased all the way around. Opening quarter in 73 was a little more than I could bite off, however!
