I intentionally kept the pace very easy on this run to make sure I could cover the distance, since I've not been doing LRs and it's critical to start getting them now that there is an official race entry on the books! I'm going to call this run very successful. Mission accomplished, and judging by a really good recovery on Sunday (feeling really good on Monday), I think I did this one right. :-)
