COMMENTS: NE 8+. 1st half about 7:02, last half about 7:18. What a run and what a week! No choice for sleet in the face, so we'll go wtih rain & snow. Didn't run the long run I'd planned today due to the weather and icy footing, but made it a quick med-long run with the new Yaktrax, and they worked very well! I really enjoyed this run today.
