Dewpoint same as temp this morning. Very damp. Sucking a bit of snot and fog at times this morning. First real marathon workout in months. Feel pretty good about it today. I felt reasonably good the whole way. I wanted to run under 37:12 (6-flat average). Came through the first 5k at exactly 18:36, so second 5k was about 18:14. Negative split every mile split, if only barely a couple of times!! Pushed the final quarter a bit harder, and especially the last 200. I'm trying to get into the habit of always finishing fast.
