Goofed up and messed up my laps. Total 3-mile tempo run time should be 34:51 - 16:23 = 18:28. The laps I kept up above include the gorked first lap of the workout which also included about a couple hundred meters of my warm up.

Sort of reconstructing the correct laps the mile splits should be about: 6:04, 6:18, 6:06. So, the middle was pretty soft, but at the time I didn't feel like I was falling that far off. Anyway, the timer does not lie, so it really was soft. I was glad I pulled out the last mile, though.
