Notes

I'm throwing in some speed play with most easy runs here in my taper. Nothing super precise. Just 10-15 second really fast surges thrown in mostly on the uphills. I feel like my speed "reserve" is really shallow and hasn't allowed me even to develop my aerobic base as deeply as I might on VO2max workouts. Anyway, I think this may pay benefits at Boston.
