COMMENTS: Almost still, perfect weather. Ladder workout = 200,400,600,800 w/ 200 recovery walks between, target pace of 75s/400, 3200 w/u and w/d.
Results = 36,75,1:50,2:33. Missed the 800 a wee bit, otherwise great workout.
