NW24 G31. Windy like crazy. Did the 3 mile loop 159th&Mur-Len to the east and through the 'hood to Blackbob, up to 155th, back west across the 'hood to Mur-Len and back roughly to the starting point. The hardest uphill sections were also into the wind so they made for some tough half mile splits, but I was just about able to make them up on the easier bits for overall mile splits today of: 5:52, 6:04, 6:01, and that's not bad for a VERY windy day when I haven't done a real tempo run for a couple of months.
