This is the very best I have felt on a recovery run, the day after a long run, for a long long time -- maybe ever. Of course, the distance yesterday was only 15 miles, and that's a LOT less than 20 when it comes to training runs, but OTOH, I ran those 15 pretty darn fast, so I expected to be a little more zapped this morning. Probably I will be zapped tomorrow on account of fasting today.
