I felt like my left knee finally let me run the whole mile this morning, unlike the previous two weeks. Maybe it's getting better. Still got a long ways to go, but 5:28 is better than 5:42 by a whole lot. I think I need more fartlek and stride type running. I could feel the LA welling up in my arms this morning, but I still think I have a lot more headroom for my HR/aerobic capacity to go.
