Not a bad run for a brutal freakin' run this morning. They say the wind chill was -1F, but I think I would rather run in ACTUAL -1F than in this 14 degree wind that's moving at 13 miles per hour out of the frozen north. But on days like today I tell myself that days like today are what let me beat other guys when spring and summer come since they stayed in their warm snuggly beds.
