South wind @ 7 mph felt like more than that today, but still I am VERY thrilled with my progression on this workout over the last 4 weeks. Not quite yet back where I was at the end of August, but ohmigosh I am way fitter at the "top end" of speed than I was just a month ago. That and with the good gains I am seeing on the strength side, I maintain a cautious optimism that things are shaping up well for Tulsa. But one mustn't get one's hopes up too much.
