S 6. Had to embrace the acidosis today. Still way off where I was on these intervals in the summer, but much better than 2-3 weeks ago when I ran this workout. With the long and strong stuff coming along very nicely I can't complain too much. Probably I need to do this workout every week to complement the long runs and the strength runs. Also need to start managing my diet better.....
