Went to PT on Friday, was told I could start a walk/run routine, building up slowly. Phase 1 is to do 30 minute sessions broken into 3 sets of 10 minutes. Each 10 minute set is broken into a walk/run portion, with the walk portion gradually getting smaller over time. Today I targeted 8 walk / 2 run, so a total of 6 minutes running over the 30 minute session. Felt fine, no pain. Was nice to get back into running, although still have a long way to go and nervous about reinjury. Will target Tuesday or Wednesday for the next session.
