Bumped it up to 45 minutes on the treadmill today. PT still recommends running on the treadmill to provide the "softer" running surface. Unfortunately all of my trails are still covered in snow or mud, so will hold off on my transition to outdoor running for a little while longer. No pain during the run. Continuing with the slow build
