Yet another run getting soaked out in the rain. Going to be in Maine tomorrow for my brother in-law's graduation that starts at 8, so as much as I've love to get in a run in Kennebunkport, just dont think I'll have enough time unless I get up way too early on a weekend. This left me running my longer run the morning after the evening race. Didnt worry about pushing pace this morning. Would have liked to throw in a few MP miles, but figured a slower approach would be better for recovery. Felt good but was getting tired by the 11 mile mark. It's been awhile since I've done longer runs on a consistent basis.
