Run number two. Again, splitting a 30 minute session into three 10 minute intervals. Today, bumped up the run portion by a minute each, so 7 minutes walking, 3 running. No pain, just some weird sensations every so often which I was told is normal over the next couple of months.

No pool workout yesterday due to illness, feeling better today.
