Miles at threshold on the indoor track are boring enough, doing them on the treadmill is just brutal. Felt fine during them, just seemed to drag on forever.
Scoped out the running routes on the drive over to the client site this morning, still not looking good for getting in a good outdoor run. Too many busy streets with the sidewalks unplowed. Having short mile stretches with needing to run on the shoulder arent unusual down here, but now it would pretty much be the entire run and the shoulders are pretty much eliminated with snow banks. As much as treadmill running sucks, at least I wont end up on someone's windshield. Looking forward to coming back home this weekend to get some good running routes outdoors (and of course to see Liz too).
