Treadmill

Notes

Quads felt trashed all day yesterday and were pretty sore this morning. After less than a mile on the treadmill this morning, decided that it would be best to skip the recovery run and do some cross training instead. Bikes were being used so opted for the eliptical. Hopefully legs will recover for tomorrow.
