Solo workout at DeFazio. Workout was an inverse ladder of 1600, 1000, 200, 200, 1000, and 1600. Goal was to hit 5:18, 3:05, 34, 34, 3:05, 5:05. Came close hitting 5:18, 3:08, 34.5, 34.5, 3:09, 5:07. Just didn't have the leg turnover for the 200's but didn't really have motivation without the rest of the crew hammering. Got a little weak on the last 1000 not holding pace. A little tired today but overall positive.
