Recovery workout. Legs were heavy/sore from the good workout Friday & ice climbing yesterday.
Drove up to the track - a little hard to justify just for 5 miles, but the roads here were slushy & wet - it would have been miserable on my feet. Temperature would have been fine though.
Track opened at 10, but I got there just before 10:30. It was super dead - maybe a half dozen people there. Pretty much felt like I was running alone & in the dark.
5.5 laps per mile puts me at a 5.45m / 8:18/m pace.
