Notes
After yesterday's longer run, I thought I'd be super sore, but I felt fine.
My legs were a little lethargic, but I can't complain.
I tried to get out this morning, but a freezing rain looked like it was starting to fall, so I pushed it off. The weather was nice this afternoon.
