Notes
Another hot day. I had off again & had though about running early, before it warmed up, but needed to sleep after having gotten up early to hunt yesterday & not napping the whole day. I did quite a bit of work around the house & took a nap today - wasn't sure when I'd get out.
The watch got a little goofy at the start - it had a message that said "Press reset to save". I'd never seen that & it didn't want to go away - not sure how I got rid of it.
My legs were lacking the umph they normally have - probably still a relic from the hard race Saturday. I'd skipped my long Sunday by replacing it with the race & had though about shifting the week's runs up a day, but instead took Sunday & Monday off - I'm glad I did. I eventually loosened up & enjoyed the run.
The road kill at the S curve smelled horrible again, but there were some Lilacs that smelled really nice.
