Notes
This was my 2nd 20 miler in a row & I felt it. This was one of the first warmer days & there was no fluid refill on the route as well, so those contributed.
I actually saw another runner (a girl no less!) up on Feddick, but of course it was while I was walking. How embarrassing.
I was super glad I took the time to find my hat, as I'm sure I would have absolutely baked in the sun.
Oh well. Hopefully I'll get more used to the distance & it served as a reminder this stuff isn't easy.
